Comment:  Kappa is top at Wake. However, have struggled to get the "best" girls lately and have lost some good girls to Chi O. In addition, now that KA (the only fraternity that cared enough about them) has been kicked off campus, and is clearly on the decline, their upperclassmen are having a tough time rushing. Chi O's ability to hang out at SigmaChi and Dekes allows them to scope the best girls.
