Comment:  new house has ever gotten out of bottom tier.... except aphi, and they're on the verge of moving back down. all the "bottom" tier houses were all colonized after the rest of the houses here, especially aphi, phi mu, and sigma recolonizing in the past decade. If they haven't moved, I seriously doubt SK will. too many "old" sororities here with defined reputations to uphold. good luck though, you'll need a lot of it to survive, sigma is barely holding on.
