Comment:  "Getting better" doesn't get you a 3rd place ranking. The thing these girls have going for them the most is a great sisterhood, but most chapters have a great sisterhood. They barely participate in greek or campus events, their social life- even for sober functions- is severely lacking and their classiness when they do go to social events is questionable.
