Comment:  People go on and on about the top tiers, but there's nothing special about them. Some cute girls, but a lot of them are just uh... butterfaces? Delta Delta Delta has a lot of those. Not very nice/friendly either. I'm sure there are some stars in there somewhere, but I have yet to see them.
