Comment:  I have been neighbors with Lambda Chi twice in my collegiate career. They are always really cool about letting us come over and chill and vice versa. Their El Sol parties are really cool. Tripp Ference is a class act and has done a great job keeping these guys on track. I respect Lambda Chi
