You're awkward, you're an embarrassment to the FMR process, you're not nice you are freaking angry and angsty about the fact that you are acknowledgedly the worst sorority on campus. Embrace what you are and work with it, don't fight it. You want girls who will appreciate your house and feel like the finally "fit in somewhere."
