Comment:  Chi Os have a great reputation at Tulane for being beautiful girls with high GPAs. Mostly blondes from Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi and a few from Texas. Good luck getting in if you're not from the Deep South. They want to leave the impression they're all debutantes but that's very misleading.
