Comment:  Personal experience--- act close at rush only. Will stab you in the back and act like your friend to your face. Aren't up front about all costs to new members. All members do not get all information about costs, financial assistance, temp. alum., etc., only certain members. Not like it used to be! The act so close so everyone will want to live in house but that's just so they can get out.
