Comment:  Phi Sig is on the rise. Even though they dont get the best rep i think this house has the closest and "truest" bonds. The girls are nice but a little different, which isnt a bad thing. They totally see the rep they have and i really think with help from the panhel community and a real push from the sorority itself they could up their popularity/ rep. I think they are starting to care what people think about them and its going to make them stronger as a chapter. On the rise i would say
