Comment:  This house really does have the potential to be the best house on the mall. Prime location, and a traditional frat house setup. The house smells inside and there are so many broken windows. Doesn't take much effort to do simple house repairs. The house needs a major renovation. I've only met 1 guy from there that was cool. Everyone else tries to act like something they're not. I don't have any reason to come back here again. I'd rather go to AGR or Sigma Chi.
