Comment:  Right...positive reviews should be disregarded, but reviews from some guy from another house with an agenda should be trusted. Theta Chi was one of the biggest houses at UCLA till its national passed a policy prohibiting social events on-site in the early 2000's. Policy was repealed more than two years ago- Theta Chi has grown 600% since (and will have close to 100 members this year). Other houses have been losing rushees and chicks to Theta Chi and that explains the anonymous slamming here.
