Comment:  idk what yall are looking at or seeing, but Theta Chi is still at the top. I see other fraternities and pledges trying to get into their parties everytime I'm there. Yes, they had a smaller pledge class, but their guys are better than most of the rest that jumped steps. Theta Chi is still at the top
