Comment:  Where to begin.... RUSH. Hotboxing? Jumping around and making PNMs look awful for their next house was not cool. Don't bother, because they barely talk to you for more than 5 minutes. Already have their PC picked out... which apparently didn't work, considering they only had about 30 prefs. AND had to call girls back for snap bids. Opinions I've heard from guys: Chain smokers? Stuck-up and classless. They may be top tier, but that's all about their parents' money anyway.
