Comment:  Chi O is smart, involved and has some great members. However, I agree with the poor sisterhood rating from bland. From the outside looking in, Chi O pledge classes are MUCH less close to one another than that of the other sororities. I don't see as many groups of Chi O's taking trips together and doing things together outside of the required XO activities and 'bonding' like other pledge classes do. This is just an observation. Maybe they are too busy studying and being involved on campus.
