Comment:  I give mad props to the Phi Sigmas that didn't want to get initiated into Kappa Sigma. They stayed true to their letters and didn't want to betray their fraternity over an apartment complex. And plus, they aren't stuck with a bunch of multicultural kids and not to mention the do-rag wearing pledges.....
