Comment:  pi phi has been number 2 but in the last 3 or so years has seriously been on the decline. their f12 was terrible and honestly put them at number 3, and to be honest chi o and SK got way better pledges. pi phi is really overrated.... 25% of the house is better looking than kappa but everyone else is TERRIBLE looking. totally overrated house. seriously falling and i wouldn't be surprised if they dropped below sk or alpha phi in the next few years.
