Comment:  I have socialed with Sigma Pi several times. They always have great parties or terrible parties, there is no in between. It seems that they have a few guys left over from the Court Plaza days that know how to throw down and all the others aren't prepared to throw down. Overall, the parties have been better this year but they still need consistently have good parties/socials. Overall they are one of the best fraternities on campus.
