Comment:  I am confused. Wasn't Phi Mu rushing after rush last year and then offered bids before rush this year and now they seem to have about a hundred bids out. Doesn't Pan Hel regulate rush? They are almost annoying with the Phi's pursuit of new pledges. Yes, they are different, and some in a nice way, but come on, if Phi Mu is not making it here, maybe they should change and not be playing by different rules. I hope that they do not fold, but they will unless they change how they operate.
