Comment:  Let's face it, Phi Mu lacks what it takes, i.e. leadership. Their neverending rushes to get any girl they can find to pledge is proof of their lack of credibility or sustainability. They do lack social sophistication. My prediction is that they fold this year or next. And yes, there are a few nice Phi Mus, but it takes sisterhood, high ethical and moral standards, and respect for your sisters to make a chapter work. They lost those qualities and their leaders do not know where to find them.
