Comment:  trying to be mean, just being honest. if a chapter has the lowest grades, lowest retention, lowest return rates in rush (AND not making quota)... doesn't that tell you something? It says that the chapter is not academically oriented, it says that their popularity in rush is lower than all other houses, it says the girls aren't happy in the house if girls are continuously dropping... I'm sorry if that sounds mean, but it's the truth.
