Comment:  Great first impressions during recruitment, until you find them "placing" you with a sister similar to you. As a science major, I was placed with the quiet, nervous sister, who was not a good representation of the group. During group chats, you notice the older girls versus younger. If they worked on sisterhood and smiling, they would be a great sorority. A select few make these ladies look good on campus, others are bringing them down.
