Comment:  This house has some great parties. The sophomores and pledges this year are much higher quality than the upper classmen (especially with looks). A few strange upperclassmen, but everyone in this house is nice. If I was ranking only on the sophomores/freshmen I would have higher ratings. I see this house going in a positive direction.
