Comment:  We all rank based on those girls we know, because they are our only window into the group as a whole. Imagine this: your weakest member/the girl with the bad rep is stuck in an elevator with a non-Greek while waiting for maintenance to come and fix it. What impression will the non-Greek leave with? THAT is the reason that EVERY member matters. You are only as strong as your weakest member...so why INTENTIONALLY pledge weak members in favor of others who are much more 'qualified'? Makes no sense.
