Comment:  Top choice PNM's without previous ties to other houses (legacies, best friends, etc.) were choosing between DG/Kappa only. Theta and Pi Phi were next and are definitely a "step down" from DG/Kappa, really in name only, not looks/involvement/socials, etc. And even the Theta "name" isn't worth quite as much as in...2004. 2nd tier.
