Comment:  With ChiO? NOT! PiPhi has always been top tier, ChiO is mid-tier, like they are most everywhere....PiPhi is nationally more above average girls, maybe not as "normal" as ChiO or as many numbers, but definitely more upper class and smaller. Two best classes this year are PiPhi and TriDelt, with Kappa being a close second.
