Comment:  I agree that as a group G Phi is very social, but "top 5 in grades?" Don't know where you get your information, but this group consistently struggles to just reach the all-sorority average. I'd say they're mid tier because they don't recruit a wide variety of girls - most seem to be from the same cliques from a few high schools. I'm sure most G Phi's are very happy to be G Phi's, but there are many chapters that are much more selective with their membership criteria.
