Comment:  New chapter susceptible to problems all new chapters have - recruitment, lack of house, being new, lack of history, etc. By all accounts sisterhood is developing and girls are committed to each other. Hard to judge a new chapter in year two. Let's see where they stand in year five and year ten. Let's also see where they stand once they have a physical house on campus. The house will be beautiful according to those who've seen house plans.
