Comment:  Cant pay the bills, cant recruit, horible reputation for roofying (although in all fairness this stigma has exsisted for awhile and I heard the guys have graduated), and everyone just considers them a joke. They can party and yeah, halloween with them is fun, but these boys never become men. At least not through this chapter.
