Comment:  Phi Beta Sigma is the best African-American Greek Organization at UTM. They are very handsome, party animals and the best steppers. The Sigmas are not scholars but they do graduate. They are the most creative can sing, dance and chant. They Sigmas cannot dress but have athletic bodies. People love the Sigmas at UTM.
