Comment:  Really don't understand how they are considered the hottest house. I've been at CAL for a year and have never seen one pi phi hotter then someone in a middle tiered house.. You would think they would be nice at Arrowbands considering it's their philanthropy but they are just mean, rude, stuck up. Still popular and go out a lot. Obviously the ranking is off.. not considered 6th everyone says they are 1 or 2 but their hot-ness level is really over rated.
