Comment:  They have a lot of work to do. First they need to work on being social. Everyone in this frat is socially awkward. Second stop recruiting rejects from other fraternities, and third they need to have a better social life. Brotherhood is nowhere to be found. If you want to get better you need to drop more than half the guys you have.
