Comment:  Been here for a while, and don't know much about Phi Sig Sig. Maybe that's why they are considered the chill sorority? They are definitely middle tier. If you don't want to be in a superficial one, this is the one you want to be in. However, I don't know why they are mid-tier... There's really nothing that stands out about this sorority.
