Comment:  Theta has a lot of nice girls..but thats it. They have a select few that are attractive,but seriously not many. They all like eachother and I don't think theres much drama within the chapter. They are not social at all. I rarely hear other frats talk about Theta other than them not being very hot. In all my 3 years at KU there position has stayed the same. Bottom tier. They have yet to move up or anything. Although I do wish them luck this fall recruitment.
