Comment:  Doing the same as you "honest" - giving all 5's so perhaps they will take some advice and listen and learn. Conversations were so lacking this year. I went through last year and really wanted DDD and because of that declined my bid last year so I could come through again this year. Lets just say, I am rethinking my desire! It was so awkward this year. Whoever did the 'training and assigning" did not know what she was doing! Leadership lacks
