Comment:  new PC is 65+...IF kappa is now able to recruit ahletes theyre doing so ONLY bc they really want the girl(s) not because they want/need more new members! its true that kappa is the only house that doesnt fine and because of that they have the highest retention rate at usc and as such have a hard time accommodating super-size PCs. To make it sound like theyre hurting for new memebers is ludicrous! That house is chock FULL of some of the most talented and gorgeous girls at SC.
