Comment:  I'm going to be completely honest here, Chi-O and KKG won chapter of the year before DG while DG was on this campus. Just because ONE person on Panhellenic was one does not mean she decides the entire vote. Also, if we're gonna talk tiers, let's be honest there are some sororities on this campus that never win anything and are KNOWN by guys to be easy. If you want a guys opinion and a girls opinion, Chi-O, DG and Kappa are the top houses on this campus, get over it.
