Comment:  It's funny that everyone thinks their house is "new" this year... It burned down several years ago and it's finally done being gutted and remodeled, but it's technically the original DU house :) Outside of academic/pre-professional groups, DU is the least "fratty" fraternity on campus. That could be good or bad, but I appreciate the fact that they're an intelligent and diverse bunch of guys, instead of the usual mix of drunks, jocks, and womanizers. Fun to be around even when everyone is sober!
