They try to lure as many other guys as they can away from other houses by telling them negative things about that Frat house. Then they tell them to decline any other bids because, "you're already in our house, just act surprised on bid day." THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS THAT WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING THEY THINK YOU WANT TO HEAR.
