Comment:  This is just based on my observation when they happen to be around. I mean it's hard to rank considering NPHC and NPC aren't the same types of councils and the ways in which they operate differ. But giving all 1's is ridiculous. No group deserved all ones; Carolina has the best Greek Life in the Southeast (next to Bama)
