Comment:  Honestly rated.. the house was newly renovated; it's a great looking house on the outside, but its aesthetics mask its sketchy looking inside and its even sketchier inhabitants. They were somewhat welcoming but that's because they want many new kids to come pay high dues to pay off the new renovations... smart business move on their part. And their brotherhood... Anyway! good things - Great parties, decent block, good sorority groupings, once you get around the guys, its a great house.
