Comment:  I can't tell if people are trolling or not when they say Theta Chi is good... Their house is ratchet af, the only sorority that likes them is ChiO and they're for the most part pretty weird and grungy. Not part of the top 8 frats on campus (Theta Xi, Pike, D Sig, Sig Ep, Sig Nu, Sig Chi, AEPi, TKE) so they don't matter.
