Comment:  not making quota says a lot about this chapter. it tells us that this house is struggling to keep girls interested in what they have to offer. Their grades are very poor, they are not very involved, and just not making quota really tells me that they have an extremely low popularity rating. I think SK coming here will not be good for Sigma, sigma needs to turn things around first before we can add another sorority. we don't want chapters who are struggling to have to compete to survive.
