Comment:  The wealthiest fraternity chapter in the nation with an amazing new house. Alabama DKE and SAE don't even have the kind of cash and prominent alumsas this chapter has. Zeta Phi also has longer tradition (Psi and Mother Mu have been closed and recharted a number of times and with significant time gaps).
