Comment:  Sigma kappa is not necessarily a top house, it isn't one of the ones all the girls want during rush. The girls were nice and sweet, some were a little awkward though. However, there were definitely some very outgoing and very pretty girls in the house. Many frat guys say they group Sigma Kappa together with bottom tier ADPi, and typically (at least from what I heard) they are one of the houses girls want to get rid of on day 1 of recruitment.
