Comment:  @Loves, this isn't PIKE...This is Pi Kap. Nonetheless, now that we can see all their brothers, we're seeing they have a good batch of spring founders, and it looks like they've done a pretty strong job recruiting, I think they'll have a pretty solid PC. Not gonna be the top fraternity at the end of the year or anything like that, but definitely in a position to move up quickly.
