Comment:  Wow I actually thought that Theta didn't self rank. Boy was I wrong, they drop down to the bottom and all of a sudden they have all these good comments on their page. I guess Theta's been number one on here because they leave so many comments for themselves. I thought they were getting worse every year, but now I know for sure. I'm disappointed, I used to enjoy our socials, won't be looking forward to those anymore.
