Comment:  They're the losers in high school that started partying/meeting girls because they were in a frat and suddenly think they're amazing. As a result, they act all "cool' but still have very nerdy/weird/uncool characteristics. Basically they think they're something they're not and it's just weird...yes there are Fijis that aren't like this and really are cool...but most aren't.
