Comment:  Really relaxed and down to earth, use to smoke a lot but they've been cutting back. Their PC is good all around (better than what i thought they would get) and they're making waves, Sigma Chi will probably be going up (possibly to top tier in acouple/few years) if things continue this way, currently I would rate them Mid Tier but the top of it, which can be nice since all the top tier houses are complete douchebag jocks which gets odd.
