Comment:  The reason why AOII is ranked so high is because, though they might not be "top tier" or whatever in reality, they are kind group of women with a strong sisterhood. Other sororities really can't say much against them because they respect other chapters on campus. They even go as far as to write on other sororities' walls on Greek Rank giving them props and encouragement, telling them what they respect about their chapters, rather than tearing them down.
