Comment:  There is no reason for you to give them bad rankings just because they are above other chapters. They have 9 votes and the rest have 100's. Pi Phi is not last in grades (not everybody can be first) and are not taking the bottom girls.. that's the house down the street. You are right, this is their 4th year and they aren't going to jump into recruitment being as good as a top house, but I think they're doing a pretty good job.
